The Mainland of China : Interim Administrative Measures on the Approval of Foreign-invested Projects by the Development and Reform Commission of Guangdong Province
The Development and Reform Commission of Guangdong Province promulgated the "Interim Administrative Measures on the Approval of Foreign-invested Projects", which took effect from 1 January 2006. The Measures govern the application and approval of foreign-invested projects in the administrative regions of Guangdong Province (except Shenzhen Municipality) and are applicable to investors of the HKSAR. A copy of the Measures is at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
