The Mainland of China : Provisions on the Approval of Investment Projects on Mobile Communication Systems and Terminals

The State Development and Reform Commission promulgated the "Provisions on the Approval of Investment Projects on Mobile Communication System and Terminals" on 19 February 2005, which has taken effect from the day of promulgation. The Provisions stipulate the requirements of the application report for investment projects on mobile communication systems and terminals, as well as the approval criteria for these projects. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Annex for reference.
