The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Approval of Foreign-invested Enterprises

The Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on 14 November 2005, setting out the issues relating to the delegation of authority in filing of records and issuance of approval certificates for foreign-invested enterprises (FIEs), and directing further simplification of approval procedures in setting up FIEs. The notice, which will take effect from 1 January 2006, is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
