Commercial Information Circular No. 510/2005

The Mainland of China : Measures Governing Certified Property Manager

The Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction jointly promulgated the "Interim Provisions on Certified Property Manager", "Implementation Measures on the Qualification Examination of Certified Property Manager" and "Measures on the Certification Examination of Certified Property Manager" on 16 November 2005, which took effect from 1 December 2005. Hong Kong residents fulfilling the registration requirements as stipulated in the Provisions are also eligible to sit for the qualification examination of certified property manager. A copy of the documents is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference. The annexes of which can be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Construction at:
