The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measures On New Exporters Regarding Imports of Phenol (C₆H₅OH) from Japan, the Republic of Korea, the United States and the Taiwan Province

The Ministry of Commerce issued Notice No. 88/2005 on 5 December 2005, announcing the review of the anti-dumping measures on new exporters regarding imports of phenol (C₆H₅OH) from Japan, the Republic of Korea, the United States and the Taiwan Province. The relevant tariff code of the General Administration of Customs is 2907 1110.

The investigation period of this review is 1 April 2005 - 30 September 2005, and the scope of investigation is the normal value, export price and dumping margin of the investigated products manufactured by the LG Petrochemical Co., Ltd. of the Republic of Korea. Interested parties may submit written comments, with relevant evidence, to the Ministry of Commerce within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 5 December 2005).
