The Mainland of China : Interim Measures on the Administration of
Venture Capital Enterprises

The Mainland promulgated the "Interim Measures on the Administration of Venture Capital Enterprises" on 15 November 2005, which will take effect from 1 March 2006. The Measures govern the establishment, registration and investment operation of venture capital enterprises, and set out the relevant policy support and supervision. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
