The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on the Circulation of
Alcoholic Beverages

The Ministry of Commerce has promulgated the "Administrative Measures on the Circulation of Alcoholic Beverages", which will take effect from 1 January 2006. The Measures provides guidelines on the registration, operation and supervision of business entities engaged in wholesaling, retailing, storage and transportation of alcoholic beverages. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
