Commercial Information Circular No. 462/2005
The Mainland of China : Auxiliary Rules to the "Regulations on Direct Selling"
To facilitate the implementation of the "Regulations on Direct Selling", relevant authorities of the Mainland have promulgated a set of auxiliary rules, which will take effect from 1 December 2005. These rules include the "Administrative Measures on the Submission and Usage of Security Deposit by Direct Selling Enterprises", "Administrative Measures on the Business Training of Direct Selling Personnel", "Administrative Measures on Information Reporting and Disclosure by Direct Selling Enterprises", "Notice on the Issuance of Sample Identity Card for Direct Selling Personnel", "Notice on the Issuance of Sample Identity Card for Direct Selling Training Personnel", and "Notice on Product Coverage of Direct Selling". The relevant rules are attached at Annexes 1 to 6 for reference.
