The Mainland of China : Certain Rules and Regulations Governing
the Electricity Market and Business

The State Electricity Regulatory Commission promulgated the "Provisions on the Administration of Permit License for Electricity Business", "Rules on the Operation of Electricity Market" and "Measures on the Supervision and Administration of Electricity Market" on 7 November 2005. The above documents, which will take effect from 1 December 2005, are attached at Annex 1, Annex 2 and Annex 3 (pdf format) for reference.
