The Mainland of China : Law on Securities

The Tenth Standing Committee of the National People's Congress passed the amendments to the "Law on Securities" on 27 October 2005, which will take effect from 1 January 2006. The revised Law governs the issuance, transactions and listing of securities and the administration of institutes relating to securities transactions.
