Commercial Information Circular No. 444/2005

The Mainland of China : Provisions on the Administration of Reinsurance Business

The China Insurance Regulatory Commission promulgated the "Provisions on the Administration of Reinsurance Business" on 14 October 2005, which will take effect from 1 December 2005. The Provisions govern the operation and administration of reinsurance business and the related brokerage business. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
