The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Valuation Institutes
of Real Estates

The Ministry of Construction promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Valuation Institutes of Real Estates" on 12 October 2005, which will take effect from 1 December 2005. The Measures govern the qualification assessment, establishment of branches and administration for valuation institutes of real estates. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
