The Mainland of China : Rules on Trademark Review

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce amended the "Rules on Trademark Review on 26 September 2005, which will take effect from 26 October 2005. The Rules govern the submission and acceptance of applications for trademark review and the submission of evidence to substantiate the claims, etc. A copy of the Rules is attached at Annex (pdf format)for reference.
