Commercial Information Circular No. 414/2005

The Mainland of China : Interim Provisions on Internet Drug Transaction Services

The State Food and Drug Administration promulgated the "Interim Provisions on Internet Drug Transaction Services" on 29 September 2005, which will take effect from 1 December 2005. The Provisions govern the establishment, approval and administration of enterprises engaging in drug transaction services via the Internet. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference. The annexes can be downloaded from the website of the State Food and Drug Administration at:
