Commercial Information Circular No. 373/2005

The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Implementation of the "Development Policy for Motor Vehicle Industry"

The General Administration of Customs, the State Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued a notice concerning the implementation of the "Development Policy for Motor Vehicle Industry" on 14 September 2005. The notice addresses certain implementation issues regarding the administration on import of motor vehicles. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
