The Mainland of China : Regulations on the Administration of Chemical Products 
Liable to Producing Narcotic Drugs

The State Council issued State Council Decree No. 445 on 26 August 2005, promulgating the "Regulations on the Administration of Chemical Products Liable to Producing Narcotic Drugs", which will take effect from 1 November 2005. The Regulations govern the production, operation, purchase, transport, import and export administration of chemical products liable to producing narcotic drugs. A copy of the Regulations is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
