The Mainland of China : Regulations on Direct Selling

The State Council of the People's Republic of China has promulgated the "Regulations on Direct Selling", which will take effect from 1 December 2005. The Regulations set out, among others, detailed requirements on the set up of direct selling enterprises, recruitment and training of direct selling personnel, management and supervision of direct selling activities, etc. A copy of the Regulations is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
