Commercial Information Circular No. 355/2005

The Mainland China : Measures for the Administration of Second-hand Vehicle Circulation

The Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Public Security, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the State Administration of Taxation have jointly promulgated the "Measures for the Administration of Second-hand Vehicle Circulation", which will take effect on 1 October 2005. The Measures list out in details the set up requirements and behavioural standards for second-hand vehicle dealers, management and supervision requirements for second hand vehicle circulation, etc. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format)for reference.
