The Mainland China : Rules on the Approval Procedures for Registration of Brand 
Name Motor Vehicle Enterprises

The State Administration of Industry and Commerce has promulgated the "Rules on the Approval Procedures for Registration of Brand Name Motor Vehicle Enterprises", which set out in detail the documentary requirements for the registration of motor vehicle main distributors and brand name distributors as well as the approval procedures for registration. A copy of the Rules is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
