The Mainland of China : Policies on Motor Vehicles Trade

The Ministry of Commerce promulgated the "Policies on Motor Vehicles Trade" on 10 August 2005, which took effect from the day of promulgation. The Policies govern the distribution and trade of new and used motor vehicles, as well as the component parts of motor vehicles, etc. A copy of the Policies is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
