The National Copyright Administration and the Ministry of Information Industry jointly promulgated the "Measures on the Administrative Protection of Copyright at the Internet" on 30 April 2005, which took effect from 30 May 2005. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
