The Mainland of China : Rules Concerning Residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region Sitting for
the State Judicial Examination

According to the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement", the Ministry of Justice promulgated the revised "Rules Concerning Residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region Sitting for the State Judicial Examination" on 24 May 2005, which took effect from the day of promulgation. A copy of the Rules is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
