Commercial Information Circular No. 154/2005

The Mainland of China : Notices Concerning the Adjustment of Tax Rebate Rate

The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued the "Supplementary Notice concerning the Cancellation of Tax Rebate for Ferro-alloys", "Notice Concerning the Reduction of Tax Rebate Rate for Steel Products" and "Notice Concerning the Adjustment of Tax Rebate Rate for Certain Products". The first notice took effect from 1 January 2005 and the other two took effect from 1 May 2005. The three notices are attached at Annexes 1, 2 and 3 (pdf format) respectively for reference.
