The Mainland of China : Measures on the Administration of Public Passenger Transportation in the Urban Area

The Ministry of Construction promulgated the "Measures on the Administration of Public Passenger Transportation in the Urban Area" on 23 March 2005, which will take effect from 1 June 2005. The Measures govern the construction of facilities for public passenger transportation and the running of such services in the urban area. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
