The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Specific Application Problems of Investment and Liquidation of Foreign-Invested Enterprises

The Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on 18 March 2005, which transmitted the reply from the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council on specific application problems of certain provisions concerning the investment made by various parties to Chinese-foreign equity joint ventures and the procedures for liquidation of foreign-invested enterprises. The relevant notice is attached at Appendix for reference.
