The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Extension of Operating Period by Foreign-Invested Enterprises

The Ministry of Commerce issued a notice concerning the extension of operating period by foreign-invested enterprises, which provided guidance on the handling of applications for extension after the statutory period. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex for reference.
