The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Stratified and Categorized Registration of Individually Owned Stores

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce recently promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Stratified and Categorized Registration of Individually Owned Stores", which came into effect on 5 February 2005. The Administrative Measures provide directives for industry and commerce administrative authorities at various levels on the enforcement of matters related to registration and categorized supervision of individually owned stores. A copy of Administrative Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
