The Mainland of China :Administrative Measures on Supervision of

The China Banking Regulatory Commission promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Supervision of Foreign-invested Banks" on 8 March 2004, which will take effect from 1 April 2004. A copy of the Administrative Measures is attached at Annex for reference.
