The Mainland of China :Supplementary Provisions to the "Administrative Rules on Foreign-Invested Enterprises Providing Town Planning Services"

According to the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement", the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Commerce jointly promulgated the "Administrative Rules on Foreign-Invested Enterprises Providing Town Planning Services". The supplementary provisions came into effect on 1 January 2004. A copy is attached at Annex for reference. For details of the "Administrative Rules on Foreign-Invested Enterprises Providing Town Planning Services", please refer to our Commercial Information Circular No. 79/2003 issued on 11 March 2003.
