The Mainland of China :Supplementary Provisions to the "Administrative Rules on Foreign-Invested Construction and Engineering Design Enterprises"

According to the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement", the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Commerce jointly promulgated the supplementary provisions to the "Administrative Rules on Foreign-Invested Construction and Engineering Design Enterprises". The supplementary provisions came into force from 1 January 2004. A copy is attached at Annex for reference. For details of the "Administrative Rules on Foreign-Invested Construction and Engineering Design Enterprises", please refer to our Commercial Information Circular No. 230/02 dated 29 November 2002.
