The Mainland of China :Supplementary Provisions to the "Provisions on the Administration of Road Transport Services with Foreign Investment"

According to the "Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement", the Ministry of Communications and the Ministry of Commerce promulgated the supplementary provisions to the "Provisions on the Administration of Road Transport Services with Foreign Investment". The supplementary provisions came into effect on 1 January 2004. A copy of the supplementary provisions is attached at Annex 1 for reference. The full texts of the "Provisions on the Administration of Road Transport Services with Foreign Investment" and the "Circular on Further Opening the Investment Field of Road Transport to Foreign Investors" are also appended at Annex 2 and Annex 3 respectively for reference.
