The Mainland of China : Notice of the Ministry of Commerce regarding the 
Registration of Trading Rights by Foreign Invested Enterprises

The Ministry of Commerce issued a Notice regarding the registration of trading rights by foreign invested enterprises after the "Measures on the Registration System of Trading Entities" entered into effect. The Notice introduces certain guidelines on the details of the registration of trading rights by foreign invested enterprises. Full text is attached at Annex for reference.
