The Mainland of China : Interim Provisions on the Administration of Chinese-Foreign
Joint Ventures Enterprises in Television Programme Broadcast and Production

The State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, and the Ministry of Commerce jointly promulgated the "Interim Provisions on the Administration of Chinese-Foreign Joint Ventures Enterprises in Television Programme Broadcast and Production" on 28 October 2004, which will come into force on 28 November 2004. The Provisions lay down the requirements for setting up Chinese-foreign equity joint ventures and Chinese-foreign contractual joint ventures in television programme broadcast and production, and set out the administration on these enterprises. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Annex for reference.
