The Mainland of China : Administrative Provisions on Chinese-Foreign Contractual 
Joint Ventures in Television Drama Production

The State Administration of Radio, Film and Television promulgated the "Administrative Provisions on Chinese-Foreign Contractual Joint Ventures in Television Drama Production", which will come into force on 21 October 2004. The Provisions stipulate that chinese-foreign contractual joint ventures in television drama production will be subject to a licensing system.
It also sets out the relevant application requirements and approval procedures. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Annex for reference.
