Commercial Information Circular No. 192/2004

The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on the Business Requirements
 of Foreign Labour Service Cooperation

The Ministry of Commerce and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce jointly promulgated the "Administrative Measures on the Business Requirements of Foreign Labour Service Cooperation" on 26 July 2004, which will take effect 30 days after the promulgation. The Measures set out the requirements and approval procedures of conducting the business of foreign labour service cooperation by enterprises registered in the Mainland of China. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex for reference.
