Commercial Information Circular No. 162/2004

The Mainland of China :Measures on the Registration System of Trading Entities

According to the "Law on Foreign Trade", the Ministry of Commerce promulgated the "Measures on the Registration System of Trading Entities" on 25 June 2004, which will come into force on 1 July 2004. The Measures set out the registration procedures for trading entities who engage in import and export of goods and technologies. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex for reference.
