The Mainland of China :Implementation Measures of the Regulations on Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education

The Ministry of Education promulgated the "Implementation Measures of the Regulations on Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education" on 2 June 2004, which will come into force on 1 July 2004. The Measures set out the arrangements concerning the establishment, organisation and administration of sino-foreign cooperative education institutions, as well as the scope of their activities and related approval procedures. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
