The Mainland of China:Implementation Details of the Administrative Regulations on Foreign-invested Insurance Companies

The China Insurance Regulatory Commission promulgated the "Implementation Details of the Administrative Regulations on Foreign-invested Insurance Companies" on 13 May 2004, which will come into force on 15 June 2004. A copy of the Implementation Details is attached at Annex for reference.
