The Mainland of China :Interim Provisions on the Administration of Foreign Enterprises Engaged in Construction and Engineering Design Activities in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Construction promulgated the "Interim Provisions on the Administration of Foreign Enterprises Engaged in Construction and Engineering Design Activities in the Mainland of China" on 10 May 2004, which will take effect 30 days after the promulgation. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Annex for reference.
