The Mainland of China : Administrative Regulations on Talent Market
 of the Guangdong Province

The Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress of the Guangdong Province adopted the Administrative Regulations on Talent Market of the Guangdong Province on 6 December 2002. The Administrative Regulations, which came into force on 1 February 2003, set out the requirements and procedures in setting up intermediary service centres for human talents in Guangdong Province. Foreign investors who wish to run such business in the administrative regions of the Guangdong Province should set up Chinese-foreign equity joint ventures. A copy of the Administrative Regulations is attached at Annex (pdf format)for reference.
