The Mainland of China :Interim Rules on Market Access Qualifications for the Production, Publication and Theatrical Release of Films

The State Administration of Radio, Film and Television has recently promulgated the "Interim Rules on Market Access Qualifications for the Production, Publication and Theatrical Release of Films", which will come into force from 1 December 2003. The Interim Rules aim at regulating the market access of state owned and non-state owned enterprises involved in the production, publication and theatrical release of films, and foreign invested enterprises involved in the production and theatrical release of films. A copy of the Interim Rules is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
