Commercial Information Circular No. 276/2003
The Mainland of China :Rules Governing Investigation of Injury to Domestic Industry under Anti-dumping, Anti-subsidy and Safeguard Measures
The Ministry of Commerce promulgated the "Rules Governing the Anti-dumping Investigation of Injury of Domestic Industry", the "Rules Governing the Anti-subsidy Investigation of Injury of Domestic Industry" and the "Rules Governing the Safeguard Investigation and Determination of Injury to Domestic Industry" on 17 October 2003. These rules will come into force 30 days after the announcement. They are attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.

When the above rules come into force, the "Rules Governing the Anti-dumping Investigation and Determination of Injury of Domestic Industry", the "Rules Governing the Anti-subsidy Investigation and Determination of Injury of Domestic Industry" and the "Rules Governing the Safeguard Investigation and Determination of Injury of Domestic Industry" promulgated by the then State Economic and Trade Commission (SETC) will be abolished at the same time. For details of the rules promulgated by the then SETC, please refer to Commercial Information Circular No. 7/2003 dated 7 January 2003.
