The Mainland of China :Regulations on Certification and Accreditation

The State Council of the People's Republic of China promulgated the "Regulations on Certification and Accreditation" on 3 September 2003, which will take effect from 1 November 2003. The Regulations set out the requirements, application and approval procedures for setting up certification and accreditation agencies, and the details of the control over certification and accreditation activities. A copy of the Regulations is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
