Commercial Information Circular No. 209/2003

The Mainland of China :Thirty Measures for Facilitating and Benefiting People

The Ministry of Public Security promulgated "Thirty Measures for Facilitating and Benefiting People" on 7 August 2003. In particular, with effect from 1 September 2003, the application scope for business endorsement for going to and returning from Hong Kong and Macao will be extended to the employees of individual business units and employees of enterprises registered in Hong Kong or Macao.
