The Mainland of China :Regulations on Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education

The State Council of the People's Republic of China promulgated the "Regulations on Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education", which will come into force on 1 September 2003. The Regulations govern the activities of launching education institutions mainly aim at enrolling Chinese citizens by foreign education institutions and Chinese education institutions in the Mainland. A copy of the Regulations is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
