The Mainland of China: Rules Governing the Investigation and
Determination of Injury to Domestic Industry under Anti-dumping,
Anti-subsidy and Safeguard Measures
The State Economic and Trade Commission promulgated the "Rules Governing the Anti-dumping Investigation and Determination of Injury to Domestic Industry", the "Rules Governing the Anti-subsidy Investigation and Determination of Injury to Domestic Industry" and the "Rules Governing the Safeguard Investigation and Determination of Injury to Domestic Industry" on 13 December 2002, which will come into force on 15 January 2003. The Rules set out the factors for consideration in determining the casual relationship in anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard investigations, as well as the procedures of injury determination. They are attached at Annex 1- 3 for reference.
