The Mainland of China:Interim Procedures on Initiation of
Anti-Subsidy Investigation and Interim Procedures on
Evidence Hearing Session of Anti-Subsidy Investigation

Following the issuance of Anti-Subsidy Regulation by the State Council on 26 November 2001 (CIC No. 197/01), the Ministry of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) issued the Interim Procedures on initiation of anti-subsidy investigation and the Interim Procedures on evidence hearing session of anti-subsidy investigation on 10 February 2002. The Interim Procedures have been effective since 13 March 2002. Please refer to Annex 1 (pdf format) and Annex 2 (pdf format) for details.
