Anti-Dumping Investigation and Interim Procedures on Evidence
Hearing Session of Anti-Dumping Investigation

 

Following the issuance of Anti-Dumping Regulation by the State Council on 26 November 2001 (CIC No. 197/01), the Ministry of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) issued the Interim Procedures on initiation of anti-dumping investigation (effective since 13 March 2002) and the Interim Procedures on evidence hearing session of anti-dumping investigation (effective since 22 January 2002).
