The Mainland of China :Interim Provisions on the
Establishment of Foreign-funded Printing Firms

The State Press and Publications Administration and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Co-operation (MOFTEC) decreed the Interim Provisions on the establishment of foreign-funded printing firms on 29 January 2002. The Interim Provisions, which took effect on 29 January 2002, set out the specific standards, qualifications and procedures for setting up foreign-funded printing firms in the Mainland.
