The Mainland of China :Rules on Judicial Examination of Anti-dumping and
 Anti-subsidy Cases by the Supreme People's Court

The Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China promulgated two rules on judicial examination of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy cases recently. The Rules will come into force on 1 January 2003. Annex 1 and Annex 2 (pdf format) respectively.
